Dr. Eluri Sreedhar
Chairman, PCI Gujarat Chapter
Dr. Eluri Sreedhar is the Chairman of PCI Gujarat, the Gujarat Chapter of the Paralympic Committee of India. His nomination was confirmed at the PCI office in New Delhi in the presence of PCI Chief Executive Officer Mr. Rahul Swami and Mr. Satyanarayana, Chairman of Para Athletics and chief coach of the Indian para athletics team. His mandate is to build a transparent, athlete-first organisation for the state: widening the talent base at district level, making classification accessible, and giving Gujarat's para athletes the coaching, competition exposure and support they need to win at national and international level.

Message from the Chairman
“Every para athlete in Gujarat deserves a clear path: from their first classification to the world stage. Our job is to make each step shorter, fairer and better supported.”
Gujarat has the athletes, the will and, with the Para High Performance Sports Centre rising in Gandhinagar, soon the infrastructure to be a leading para sport state. Our athletes finished third in the country at the 2026 National Para Athletics Championships. What they have asked us for is simpler: someone to answer the phone, a fair and transparent selection process, and help with classification, travel and equipment.
That is what this Chapter will deliver. In our first season we will appoint coordinators in every district, publish the state championship calendar and selection criteria in advance, and take classification camps to the regions so that no athlete has to travel across the state to be assessed.
