What to keep ready
Registration is free. Send the details below by email or use the form. We will confirm receipt and tell you the next steps and the nearest classification opportunity.
- Disability certificate or UDID card
- Aadhaar or other government photo ID
- Proof of date of birth (birth certificate / school leaving certificate)
- Recent medical reports describing the impairment
- Two passport-size photographs
- Proof of Gujarat domicile (for state team eligibility)
- Existing classification card or previous results, if any
